Outnumber Hunger

Help Fight Hunger in Your Community with General Mills

Healthcare and C&U foodservice professionals have the opportunity to fight hunger in their own backyard while providing customers snacks they can feel good about eating thanks to an exclusive promotion from General Mills Convenience & Foodservice.

Through Outnumber Hunger, taking place between March 1 and April 30, operators who offer select better-for-you snacks and yogurt will impact the donation of hundreds of meals to their local Feeding America food bank.

Participating brands include:

  • Larabar®
  • Fiber One® Oats & Chocolate Bars
  • Food Should Taste Good® Tortilla Chips
  • Nature Valley® Granola Bars
  • Yoplait® Yogurt

A robust point-of-sale kit that includes posters, shelf danglers and cooler clings and a game for retail customers to play in order to earn an additional donation to their local food banks.

As operators strive to meet demand for better-for-you snack options, the Outnumber Hunger promotion also gives them a turnkey cause-marketing program that helps fight hunger in their own community.

Operators can contact their General Mills sales representative to sign up, call 1.800.882.5252 or get more information at generalmillsfoodservice.com.
