Start with a 2-oz. ground turkey patty seasoned with salt and pepper for all sliders.

  • Philosopher #1: Top the patty with pickled sauerkraut, melted Munster cheese, whole grain mustard and crisp, chopped turkey bacon. Serve on a butter-toasted pretzel bun.
  • Philosopher #2: Melt blue cheese into the patty and top with Dijonnaise, caramelized onions and crispy chopped turkey bacon drizzled with honey. Serve on a dark rye slider roll.
