Delicious Ravioli Now Gluten-Free

Year-over-year, the number of our gluten-free menu offerings has increased 100% from 2013 to 2014.

As the market leader in frozen filled pasta, Bernardi® from Ajinomoto Windsor is working hard to stay at the forefront of this movement. That’s why we have created three delicious, upscale ravioli options that are Certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten Intolerance Group:

  • Gluten-Free Cheese Ravioli—filled with a creamy blend of ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
  • Gluten-Free Grilled Vegetable Ravioli—filled with freshly grilled red and yellow peppers, mushrooms, asparagus and onions.
  • Gluten-Free Garlic Lemon Pepper Shrimp Ravioli—filled with tender shrimp and a delicious blend of cheeses, spices and a zesty lemon kick.

All three options are made with gluten-free brown rice flour and whole eggs for a nice, tender bite, have great flavorful fillings and are as easy as heat-and-serve!
