Summer Sandwiches that Sizzle

With summertime in full swing, there’s an opportunity for operators to revisit and refresh classic summer flavors. Right now, guests are looking to the grill to satisfy cravings for bolder flavors—and more are looking beyond their own backyards.

An easy way for operators to infuse on-trend summer flavors is on the sandwich menu. Sandwiches are ordered more than any other entrée at lunch or dinner, and 95% of consumers eat at least one sandwich per week.1 Sandwich limited time offers (LTOs) and specials can drive guest interest while showcasing seasonal flavor. See our Sandwich Essentials Guide for traffic-driving LTO ideas.

Awarded the Master Chefs’ Seal of Excellence for superior browning and moisture barrier, Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise can help chefs create sandwiches that hold up to sauces, slaws and other toppings this summer.

For a limited time, you can help operators save $15 per case on Hellmann’s® and Best Foods® Mayonnaise, to help bring bold flavors to life in crowd-pleasing sandwiches like these:
