New Site Enhances User Experience

Improved Mobile Accessibility, Updated Look and Feel Enhance User Experience

Butterball Foodservice announces the complete refresh of The responsive, modernized design improves user functionality, making it easier for chefs and operators to access valuable content regardless of the device they use to view the site. 

The key drivers of the redesign were improved mobile accessibility and increased user engagement. A review of site analytics revealed the majority of site views were coming from mobile devices. This aligns with recent industry studies that found 78% of foodservice professionals either have or plan to have a smartphone in the next 12 months, and 52% either have or plan to have a tablet in the same time.1 Analytics also highlighted which content was most viewed, so the site was reconfigured to better integrate menu ideas, blog posts and videos throughout.
