One of the most critical components to any healthcare facility’s operation is a comprehensive menu program. Too often, these facilities are understaffed and cannot adequately prepare menus that are adapted for seasonal cycles and nutritional concerns. UniPro HealthPro Menu Solutions are developed to provide your operators with a range of menu options to meet their varied needs.

The menu and meal card service, provided by Health Technologies, will enhance the dining experience of residents and support the highest nutritional standards. It includes all elements to control food costs and provide the necessary tools for facility staff to meet state and federal regulations. The menu service is available as a printed, hard-copy menu or an easy-to-use web menu program.

Each UniPro HealthPro Menu Solutions can be customized for a four to six week cycle to meet seasonal needs (available in Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer). All menus come with food preparation resources that include order guides, production sheets and a menu instruction booklet. All recipes are standardized and include nutrient analysis and can be scaled to the exact census of the facility. All menus are customizable.

The meal card manages all necessary resident information - name, date of birth, physician, room number, diet needs (including texture and liquid consistencies, allergies, dislikes, beverage preferences, weight tracking and more. The meal card system integrates with the menu program and is easy to adapt to facility protocols.
